XACTIMATE SUPPLEMENTATION

Max Claims Solutions provide expert supplementation and administrative services for general contractors on residential and commercial property loss projects. Professional supplements are written in Xactimate by a certified estimator and combined with relevant documentation to send to the carrier. MCS follows up on all supplements sent to carriers to get them approved. Typical turnaround time on standard residential supplements is 18-21 days (depending upon the carrier and market conditions).

Just as with supplementation, MCS provides professional estimates written by an Xactimate certified team member. Estimates can either be sent back to the contractor or routed directly to the carrier and followed up on by MCS to get them approved.
